Yes, when you collect the car we take a refundable deposit that covers any potential damage and is returned once the rental ends and the car is returned in working order. The deposit amount depends on the car model — we agree the details individually when signing the contract.
We require a category B driving licence with at least one year of experience, an ID document and a signed rental contract. Settlement is weekly, in advance. You don't need to have your own business — we'll help you get started on the taxi apps from scratch.
You call our support line, open around the clock. For minor faults we send the car to the service centre, and if it's off the road longer we try to provide a replacement car. In case of a collision we help report the claim under the comprehensive policy included in your rental.
Selected models are offered as a rental with a buyout option. You pay a fixed weekly instalment, and after the agreed period you can buy the vehicle at a reduced, pre-agreed price. Part of the instalments paid counts towards the buyout — step by step you become the owner of the car you work in.
