Public offer

This document constitutes a public offer (terms and conditions) for the provision of services by DriverPro (hereinafter the "Service Provider") to drivers and couriers (hereinafter the "Partner"). Starting cooperation means accepting the terms below.

1. General provisions

DriverPro is a technology partner (partner fleet) enabling cooperation with the ride-hailing platforms Uber, Bolt and FreeNow and the delivery platforms Bolt Food, Glovo and Wolt.

2. Subject of the offer

The Service Provider provides the Partner with:

• connecting and managing accounts on ride-hailing and delivery platforms,
• settlement of earnings and instant payouts,
• technical support and service 24/7,
• optional rental of a vehicle prepared for work,
• help with obtaining documents and work legalization.

3. Financial terms

Detailed rates and commissions are set out in the pricing available on the Website. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the pricing, informing the Partner with appropriate advance notice.

4. Partner's obligations

• holding valid documents required to provide the services,
• complying with the rules of the Uber, Bolt, FreeNow platforms and the law,
• taking care of the entrusted vehicle (in the case of rental),
• paying on time the fees arising from the selected plan.

5. Payouts

Earnings are settled and paid out in accordance with the selected cooperation plan. Instant payouts are available 7 days a week.

6. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of external platforms or for the Partner's actions that violate the law or the platforms' rules.

7. Termination of cooperation

Either party may end the cooperation in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The final settlement takes place after mutual obligations have been settled.

8. Final provisions
