Depending on the form of contact, we may process the following data:

• city and vehicle information provided in the form,

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• responding and handling the registration request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• performance of the cooperation agreement with a driver or courier,
• fulfilment of legal obligations of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• marketing of our own services based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The website uses cookies: necessary ones (for the site to work) and analytics/marketing ones (including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), which run only after you give consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — until consent is given, analytics and marketing tools stay disabled.

Data may be transferred to cooperating entities (e.g. the operators of the Uber, Bolt, FreeNow platforms) only to the extent necessary to carry out the cooperation, and to IT service providers acting on our behalf.
